Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and ACH bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Is there a setup fee?
No! There are no setup fees, no hidden charges, and no long-term contracts. You only pay the monthly subscription fee for your chosen plan.
What happens after the free trial?
After your 14-day free trial ends, you'll be charged for your selected plan unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime during the trial with no charge.

What if I have more than 20 properties?

Are there transaction fees for rent payments?
Yes. We charge a small processing fee for rent payments: 0.8% (max $5) for ACH transfers and 2.9% + $0.30 for credit/debit cards. These fees cover payment processing costs.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on annual plans. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime. See our Refund Policy for details.
